Terms

This page is not a complete contract. Terms for a stay (price, cancellation, payment, arrival) are those given at the time of booking, on the platform used or in writing with OFETARO.

Scope

OFETARO lets residential property in Paris, on a longer or short-stay basis, and carries out upgrade works. This site does not conclude an online booking.

Payment

Accepted means of payment for a stay (transfer, card or other) are stated in the confirmation or payment link sent. A collection is recorded only after confirmation by the provider or the bank.

Complaints

Any request about a stay or an invoice goes through the contact form, with dates and any known reference. OFETARO replies within a reasonable time.

A more detailed terms document may be published here. Until then, the booking contract or voucher prevails.
